I am the Ward Councillor for Petersfield
I was Cabinet Member for Planning and Transport until May 2026 but for the moment there are to Cabinet positions
I am vice-chair of the Combined Joint Area Committee, chair of the Joint Local Plan Advisory Committee (read why)
Until may 2025 I was a member of the following committees but see above:
Planning, Joint Development Management Committee – Cambridge Fringes, CPCA Transport & Infrastructure Committee, and Development Control Forum (all councillors are)
I am also the Council member representative for Water Resources East, Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Flood and Water Partnership (CPFloW) and the East West Rail Mainline Partnership Committee which I currently chair.
I am also the Leader of the Labour Group on Cambridge City Council.
